Project management
The buildings managed by our company have a clearly assigned project manager, executing and managing the folowing:
- preparatory works - analysis, planning of capacities & scheduling
- design - inspections and setting up the requirements of the customer for the design centre
- legislation - arrange the building permission and consent of affected third parties, land owners, network owners
- logistics - ensure external deliveries of goods and technology
- execution - building and installation works for all objects
- commissioning and legislative finalisation - arrangement of the documentation necessary for the successful legal/physical comissioning and issuing of permission of the operation-permit
We provide the aforementioned activities using our own capacities or authorised subcontractors.
