Project management

The buildings managed by our company have a clearly assigned project manager, executing and managing the folowing:

  • preparatory works - analysis, planning of capacities & scheduling
  • design - inspections and setting up the requirements of the customer for the design centre
  • legislation - arrange the building permission and consent of affected third parties, land owners, network owners
  • logistics - ensure external deliveries of goods and technology
  • execution - building and installation works for all objects
  • commissioning and legislative finalisation - arrangement of the documentation necessary for the successful legal/physical comissioning and issuing of permission of the operation-permit

We provide the aforementioned activities using our own capacities or authorised subcontractors.
